Network Collaboration Software

Our Network Collaboration software is web-based, and simply requires a login ID and password. The software revolves around the concept of groups - a small set of people collaborating on a project or part of an ongoing team, built user-by-user through invitations. 

Each group has a set of resources, like conference rooms and blogs, and a group narrative, which is our way of summarizing what has been happening with respect to the group recently. Each group also has a dedicated secure RSS feed that you can subscribe to with your favorite newsreader to stay abreast of new postings to the group's blogs.

In each group, you also can see at a glance who is logged on for instant messaging and contact them either through your traditional IM client or through our web-based chat window (no Java or Flash required, only JavaScript).

Messaging Features

The IM client is Java-powered instant messaging desktop software. It is powerful, compact and easy-to-use. It also works on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux and Solaris operating systems. Since it is launched through Java WebStart it automatically keeps itself up to date when we release new versions.

You can also use any IM client that supports XMPP/Jabber 1.0. Popular clients that support this include gaim and Apple's iChat.
